| Sprint | Run length of field | Judges open field speed |
| Shuttle Run | Players run from the end line to the top of the box and back then repeat | Judges change of direction, quickness, game speed |
| Dribble/Shoot | Through cones, shot at the end | Ball control, shot |
| Shot | Stationary shot left and right | Shows power and distance |
| Shot | Moving left and right | Game like shooting |
| 1 v1 | Defense kicks out to offense, 1 on 1 to the goal | Offensive moves vs. defensive containment |
